At ACD GALLERY, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticators remain intact and attached.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
